I am a lazy girl.I don't like sports.So,I am not in good health and I am always ill.If I am ill,the illness will last long.Both my parents and my sister ask me to do some sports.And they ask me to attend the PE class.But I am so lazy and give up sports for some excuses.
I am not srtong enough.When I run or climb the stairs,I will feel tired.My family always force me to run.But I cannot keep.Soon,I will give up.
I like riding a bike.So my mother is so clever that she asks me to ride a bike with her for half or an hour.This is not only my interest but also a kind of exercises.So,one stone kills two birds.
Later on,I become better and better.And I usually attend the classes like the other people.I am very happy that sport is so helpful for me.
Now,our classroom is on the 5th floor.I think climbing the stairs is also a kind of sports.Then,during the lunch time,I will have my lunch in the canteen on the first floor.After that,I will climb up to the 5th floor.
HAha,sport is really helpful and important.We can choose the way which are both our interest and sport.Then its effect will last long.
