It is apparent that female job seekers encounter disparity in the application process for various positions, including roles like computer programmers, drivers, and factory workers. This discrimination is rooted in a multitude of factors.
3. Preconceived Notions and Physical Capabilities
Firstly, there is a persistent stereotype that female graduates possess inherent physical weaknesses when compared to their male counterparts. Moreover, the reality of maternity leave, a necessary component of women's lives, is seen as a burden on companies since it interrupts work continuity and may reduce short-term profitability.
4. Equality and Merit
Personally, I believe that women are capable of achieving equal, if not superior, results to men. Hence, there is no justification for treating them unfairly.
5. Addressing the Issue
To rectify this situation, the government should implement policies to promote gender equality in the job market. Simultaneously, society and businesses must extend equal opportunities to both female and male graduates. Eradicating this discrimination would undoubtedly lead to an improved and more just society.

So many people put their energy and time into fighting for gender equality for hurderds of years.All they want is women can have the same rights as men,they can get the same pay as men if they do the same job,they can vote and be voted,they can go to school and be educated. And now, as an opened society that we live,we almost win. Women are playing a vital role in our life.
But some people set out a tough question, should Uni accept the same number of boys and girls,no matter what the subject is?I could not understand this assumtion. To the large extent I disagree.
The first thing we should make clear is,what is equality? It means the same human dignity, not the radiclous the same in every tiny field.
Man have its advantages.They are more powerful, strength, rational and subjective which make they more suitable to aports, research,theconolgy or other aspects that need power and cool brain.Meanwhile, women seems more expert in motional thinking,desigen,painting,nursing. This is the talent that God gifted us.All we shoule do is to use it adequately.
Like different subjects.It is admitted that different people have different ideal major, and different major also has different suitable students. How can you imagine, if a lot of girls work as a oilperson when numbers of boys serve pregnant women? Weired. But this is not the evidence that Uni has the unfair supply, on the contrary, it is the strong phenomenon of equality. Everybody has the same right to choose whatever they want to learn.
So, do not focus our eyes on the unrealistic issues.Just respect every person, love human beings,it is the core of equal itself.

On Equality
In the days when a woman’s entire obligation was to be a good daughter, a good wife and a good mother, men and women were far from equal. Women suffered sexual discrimination until the so-called feminism came into being. Nowadays, feminism has been running for over a century. Result? It ran into the extreme of "equality" from my perspective.
Most of us agree that men and women should enjoy equality in this modern society.But what on earth does this equality mean? To be "equal", those for feminism would like to share everything with menthey split bills, apply for masculine jobs,etc. They intended to buy in all the advantages and disadvantages of being a man. On their long journey to the "equal world",they’ve forgotten some basic factsthey ARE women.Even school children know that women, after all, are different from men both physically and mentally. It is unwise, or even stupid,to ignore all these differences and pursue a so called "equal world". We couldn’t expect a man to give birth to a baby as we couldn’t expect the sun to rise in the west.Likewise,we couldn’t expect a woman to become the world’s fastest runner,as is simple, but seems forgotten by those feminists.
Equality is not bisecting everything. Real equality should be built upon the common sense of the basic sexual differences.Since some of the jobs can only be done well enough by men,women should not feel discriminated when we fail. After all,there’re also some jobs, which can only be perfectly done with women’s hands. These are not symbols of inequality, but natural laws.What really counts is equality in rights, reputation,etc. Only when all the individuals value the spirit of being equal can women really enjoy equality with men
