我经历的一次烫伤急救
有一次水开了，我在向暖瓶里倒时，不小心都浇在了脚上，这时可把家人都急坏了，我更是感觉脚揪心的疼。这时我忽然想到，曾经看到过关于烫伤急救的知识。我便忍着脚疼，在家人的帮助下，先用冷水冲洗了半小时，脚就不大疼了，然后小心脱掉袜子，最后将烫伤处的皮肤拭干，并在脚上涂了些蓝油烃，适当包扎了一下，过了一段时间脚就好多了。
通过这次烫伤急救，我总结了烫伤急救应分三步走：
第一步，如果烫伤处皮肤未破，先要用冷水冲洗，其目的是止痛、减少渗出和肿胀，以避免或减少水疱形成。冲洗时间应在半小时以上，以停止冲洗时不感到疼痛为准。须注意的是，冲洗结束后，为防止感染应避免再次接触冷水。另外可在冲洗的冷水中放少许盐，有止痛消肿作用。但如果烫伤处的皮肤已破，则禁止用冷水冲洗，以防感染。
第二步，小心脱掉衣物，脱衣物时要避免碰到烫伤处。
第三步，将烫伤处的皮肤拭干，并在创面涂些蓝油烃、绿药膏等油膏类药物，再适当包扎1―2天。要注意的是，面部不要包扎，烫伤处皮肤应保持清洁和干燥。如有小水疱形成，注意不要弄破，应让其自行吸收；如果水疱较大，须到医院让医生处理。
专家强调，较严重的烫伤应立即到医院就诊，轻度烫伤自行处理一两天后如果出现红肿、疼痛加剧等症状，说明有感染的可能，也应及时到医院进行治疗。
