Traffic safety is everybody's business. Records show that every year a lot of people die in traffic accidents. Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, and could be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn as they wish without giving signals. They don't slow down while approaching crossroads. So many people violate traffic regulations that we cannot put too much emphasis on the importance of traffic safety. Only when everybody thinks traffic safety is everybody's business can we be safe driving on roads and walking on sidewalks.

As the people's living standard increases,more and more cars crowd in families.These cars run on the roads,causing traffic jams.
As we can see,the capacity of roads is limited，though they have been expanded again and again.But our cars are on the rise all the time.How can the limited roads hold the unlimited cars?As a result,traffic jams and accidents happen frequently,leading to a great economic loss,injuries. The carbon emission is increasing fast while we want to live a low carbon life.The situation is worse during rush hours.Every day during the rush hour time,thousands of cars in different colours can be seen,one by one lying on the roads,making a special beatutiful city scenery.
It's obvious that traffic jams have become a public problem.Something has to be done. to solve it.In my opinion,first of all,cars should be restricted to go into families.Second,more money should be invested in the construction of roads.Third,drivers are supposed to be educated to follow the traffic rules

As middle school students, it is crucial to adhere to traffic regulations to ensure our safety. Firstly, we must never run a red light. Secondly, when walking or biking on the road, we should be extremely cautious. This means not listening to music, as it can distract us. Thirdly, playing on the road is extremely dangerous and should be avoided. Lastly, it is advisable for us to refrain from riding scooters to maintain safety.
