试卷分析：
本次期中考试仍然分为第I卷和第I卷。第I卷为选择题，分值为60分；第I卷为非选择题，分值为60分。其中第I卷有6篇阅读理解，第I卷也有2篇短文填空，学生的阅读量很大，部分语篇生词较多，给学生的阅读带来很大的难度，学生普遍反映做题吃力。而基础知识部分难度适中，注重考查学生对基础知识的掌握及运用，学生做起来较得心应手。相对来说，学生第I失分较多，第I卷得分较高。
存在的问题：
本次期中考试5、6班英语均未完成目标，这在以前是没有过的。其原因，大致有以下几条:
(1)以往学生学习英语的积极性很高，平时表现较令人满意，因此从思想上对学生的要求有所放松，对学生过于信赖，特别是进入复习阶段，学生的注意力向其他学科倾斜，花在学习英语上的时间较少，没有拿出足够的时间进行复习与巩固，导致一些学生复习不扎实，落实不到位。
(2)本次英语试题题量较大，特别是阅读量大，学生在做题过程中容易心浮气躁，特别是遇到生词量多的语篇，更是觉得无从下手，烦躁的情绪影响了学生答题的思维，一些学生选择先完成第I卷，又过头去完成第I卷，后有些题目干脆放弃，胡蒙答案。
